ESSENTRICS® Introductory Class--$8

  • Sanctuary Wellness Center 208 North Buckmarsh Street Berryville, VA, 22611 United States (map)

$8 for 1-hour demo. Please register ahead of time.

Join certified Essentrics Instructor, Anne Weshinskey (Wondercabinet Wellness) in a 60-minute class which introduces participants to this game-changing exercise modality!

Based on the fluid movements of tai chi, the strengthening benefits of ballet, and the pain-relief aspects of physiotherapy, Essentrics is a dynamic, full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. It ‘hydrates’ stuck fascia and releases all the joints and tight muscles. It is effective for flexibility, mobility, and pain-relief, as well as injury prevention and recovery.

Optimizes athletic potential by rebalancing the body, improving joint stability and increasing strength within the entire muscular structure. Many athletes, professional and amateur alike, credit ESSENTRICS® with improved performance and with enabling them to continue competing at a high level when they otherwise would not have been able to.

I credit it for allowing me to continue my acrobatic career (I am a professional foot juggler) pain-free into my 50s, and my husband says he would not be able to work in construction without it!

This class is medium-paced and easy to follow—ideal for anyone who is new to the Essentrics Workout. You will experience a relaxed, but dynamic and deep, full body stretch that will work through all the joints and release tight muscles. Effective for injury recovery and prevention, pain relief, stress release, and promoting healing.
